通道延迟补偿

了解如何根据信号类型补偿通道之间的延迟。

通道间的总延迟由信号在不同阶段累积的延迟共同构成。

外部延迟是指信号进入 Time Tagger 之前累积的延迟,通常源自实验条件,例如不同光程、电缆长度差异或探测器固有延迟。硬件延迟(内部延迟)则来自不同通道信号在 FPGA 内经过不同路径,并在其中完成时间数字转换。原则上,由于信号在硬件层面传播时会累积不同延迟,应区分输入时间戳与 TDC 时间戳;但 Time Tagger 已经过校准,可自动补偿这部分延迟,因此实际使用中无需区分。

因此,总延迟主要来自外部延迟。用户可通过以下方法进行补偿:

外部延迟源自具体实验条件,必须先定量测量,因此无法自动补偿。可执行多次相关测量,逐对调整输入信号,使相关峰对齐至零点,从而校正相关信号之间的延迟。具体演示请参阅 符合计数教程
