All offers and contracts - written and oral - extended by Swabian Instruments GmbH shall be handled under the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, except where international agreements on the purchase of goods apply. Any reference to other legal systems is ineffective.
Any controversy or claim shall be governed and interpreted by the Landgericht Stuttgart. We are, however, entitled to seek legal protection from any other court of justice that according to the laws of Germany or the country of the customer has jurisdiction over the case in question. Place of settlement is Stuttgart.
