I joined Swabian Instruments in 2016. In the beginning, it was a big change for me. I took over two roles. On the one hand, bookkeeping - paying invoices, checking incoming payments, reporting travel expenses and so on. On the other hand, production - screwing, testing, packing, maintaining, listing the material inventory. With time, I focused on shaping the company's culture and environment. I liked all my roles a lot, precisely because they are so different and opposing, and I really enjoy working for Swabian Instruments. I think I am a very perfectionist person, both privately and professionally. When I do something, then with full engagement.
